IM HAVING TROUBLE FITTING A NEW CLOSE COUPLED WC & CISTERN, DUE TO NO INSTALLATION INFO PROVIDED BY SUPPLIER. I HAVE 2 BOLTS, 6 WASHERS, 4 RUBBER GROMITS, 2 NUTS, CAN ANYBODY HELP. THE FOAM DOUGHNUT RING IM OK WITH.

you should have 4 nuts

put bolt in the hole in cistern

YES SORRY 2 NORMAL & 2 WING NUTS

wing nut and washer is to secure cistern to pan

SO THE SECOND RUBBER & WASHER IS SANDWICHED BETWEEN CISTERN & WC. WITH RUBBER NEAREST TO THE CISTERN
