weather proofing treatment plywood shed

I have shed made of external quality plywood currently has medium brownish colour which has faded over the years. Now i need to apply i think water based treatment but am not sure and am hoping the more knowledgeable will help and advise for the right solution and possibly with the makers name . Thanking in advance for help.

Cuprinol do some nice garden colours - have a look in Wilko's.
