Weathshield Exterior Gloss

I have a job coming up and it involves painting some window frames in a dark torquoise colour.

The customer wants Weathershield Exterior Gloss, will they do a dark torquoise colour?

Is it just a case of picking the colour from a sheet and getting it mixed up or can they only do certain colours at the Dulux Decorator Centre?

Usually any colours can be mixed. In weathershield. But for example, last year they said can't mix Buttermilk in weathershield gloss/u/c ..?? can't recall why but there u go
