I must admit that among some of the most unpleasant moments of my life I have to include being surrounded by a horde of hungry, ageing, jobless donkeys - strongly suspect they had it in for me...or maybe, outside chance, they were after the bread bag full of cheese n pickle sarnies I happened to be clinging to with abject fear.
