Sometimes it's great to report some good news.
I needed a small part for a Honeywell controller and used the, "Contact Us", section of the Main UK site.
Not only did I get a telephone response within 24 hours, they acually phoned back several times as the request went down the line and the small part was posted First Class that evening.
Sometimes companies are never too big to care.
