Dunno - doesn't play for me - I shun Faceberk and all its works.

But generically, people can get things wrong because some of them are of the opinion that not having a clue should not under any circumstances be a bar to fiddling with things.

Using what should be the cpc as a live conductor is pretty normal for plumbers, so maybe it is for gas fitters?

Although not stated in the video, from the items shown it appears to be a caravan/motorhome installation, and the white flex is the incoming mains supply.
