Today though I made the newbie mistake of taking my first coat level up to the beads today when doing a particulary tricky little reveal it was harder than I thought to whack a decent looking "shallow" level of render on after days of nice open walls!
Today though I made the newbie mistake of taking my first coat level up to the beads today when doing a particulary tricky little reveal it was harder than I thought to whack a decent looking "shallow" level of render on after days of nice open walls!
gotta fix your beads first, like gary says though make sure your scratch is shallow though so as not to come flush with said beads
cheers lads for the advice been plastering for a while but only really done skimmin and hardwall been yearsw since i rendered a wall had a total block lol gota render the front of a house after its been hacked off.probally gona ave to give it two scratch coats aswell so its gona be a bit ov a job put me inside skimming any day lol
