Hi,
there is a patch of concrete on our bathroom floor that is always damp. I've dried it off several times, but the dampness reappears.
I can't find a leak anywhere in the vicinity.
There may have been a leak in the past from the sink, but could that still cause the patch of concrete to be damp?
Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Any cured leaks from pipes and the floor will dry out in no time......be aware that if copper pipes are run in concrete without protection there is a risk of leakage there. Can you trace the run of the hot and cold supply, and the drain?
John :)
