If you want to opt-out ov receiving the Winter Fuel Payment for the future, there does not seem to be a online form.

But you can send a letter with the details, and to the address, shown below.

You can opt out for 26-27 and onwards from 6th April 2026 it says in your screenshot.

Likely via an online form next year, as well as by letter.

You happened to miss the window for opting out for 25-26 (but I didn't).

They sent a letter to me saying:
We are sorry to hear of your wife's death
You will shortly receive her Winter Fuel Allowance...

WHAT?? Common sense bypass?

When two people share a house, they each get a share of the WFA.

When one person lives in a house, they get it all*

If they have an income above 35k, they have to pay it back, by a change in the income tax coding.

It may be simpler, in that case, to opt out.

*I used to look after the affairs of an elderly relative. One winter, she only received half her WFA. On investigation, I discovered that another person, not a UK resident, and not entitled to WFA, had claimed it, by pretending to live in the house. I put a stop to that. We fell out.
