You'd be surprised. A few dead rats/squirrels/pigeons would soon put you off drinking from it... Plus the legionella risks when they heat up in the summer

It’s now nice and clean (cleaning it caused my current lack of water pressure issue..) so there’s no dead animals and I’ll be fashioning a lid this week.
