What’s this screw?

I’m trying to strip down the fitted wardrobe. I’ve found the L-brackets that secure the panels to the wall and floor. There are braces between the vertical panels and they have these large screws as per photo. They remind me of the ones that come with ikea furniture. I’ve managed to round one using my drill.

Any suggestions?
Edit: looks like a locking cam?

Look like cams so unit was assembled before fitting to wall . Just smash the centre of the rail it will rip out easily .

I thought for a few minutes then decided to tackle it as a locking cam. Turned the cam and used a mallet. Panel came out.
