What are these called

My builder* used these fixings (pictured) to install furring strips on an uneven wall for plasterboarding.

Any idea what they're called and who sells them?

They are dry liner brackets. Details depends on manufacturer but the Lafarge product (comes in standard reach and XR reach. You should be able to get them in any decent builders merchant.
