Yes, a decent option. But ...
What are they called ? Any examples of where they are sold ? Do they do them in the different sizes/shapes needed - some conduits are round, some are oval.
I imagine "bush" will appear in the description - but that's a rather generic term to search for.

15mm or 22mm plastic pipe inserts might possibly be suitable (for round conduit)
