Elevenses? Any excuse so that folk can eat all day.

The lad and me eat at 10am, 1 pm and tea time. Nothing but an apple in between. Sandwich and a banana at 10. Sandwich and some nuts at 1. I'm not even allowed the odd small chocolate bar anymore.

Liver and onions for tea (no salt on the table).

I've never been a fan of eating between meals, and my second born is the same. Now we work together . We made the decision not to put salt on the table just before the kids were born.
