what can trigger this crack around the door?

Hi,
My tenant just told me that there are cracks around the door.
There are no cracks between ceiling and door, so I guess this is not a structure issue?

The door is an old wooden door, could it be that the door was jammed and the tenant pushed very hard to open or close the door and it moved the plasterboard or something?
