What colour cable for ELV extractor wiring?

Hi,

Just installing an ELV (12v) extractor fan in zone 1 area of a bathroom (yes fan is zone 1 rated), and was planning on putting the transformer outside the bathroom.

Can I use regular blue / brown cable for the ELV side also, or does it need to be a different colour to differentiate it from 240v?

I am presuming I can on the basis that its not a problem if someone thought somthing was 240v and it was only 12v.

Yep, it will be fine to use standard mains cable.
