What glands to connect conduit to metal clad socket/switch?

Topic says it all really. Wiring up some stuff in the garage - going to use 20mm PVC conduit, but don't know what sort of glands/connectors are needed to connect to the metal clad gear.

Anyone have a toolstation/screwfix/QVS product code to point me in the right direction?

Hows that work then?

Doesn't look like a very reliable earth connection to me. :confused:
 
its a sort of springy metal tag , that is rivetted onto the inside this makes it fit tight.
There called knock on couplers.
you can get a thro one as well to join two unthreaded conduits.
You hammer on with an hammer.
I dont think the makers recomend using them without an earth wire though.
