Bought? Nowt! Last week I manually changed the bank source, for all the household direct debits, via online forms, and on Friday I received a personal email from Yorkshire Water, advising me to leave my old account open, as there was a refund on the way there. The refund arrived this morning, £60, so we can afford to eat this week
