We had two of these, working well, so I bought four more to install, to supplement my mains powered outdoor lights. Three worked, out of the box, the fourth might be DOA, so I might be contacting the seller. I'm just giving it a full day first, to charge itself up, just to be sure it's a dud. They are quite effective, installed in our dark drive, and garden.

Just picked up my new X1 and got it home, going through the paperwork I found a hidden fee, I have been charged an additional £1236 for a ceramic coating that I didnt know I had asked for. They just stuck it on...Not very happy about that.

well they can unstick it off as I am not paying that for it, just rang the BMW dealers to complain, they are looking into it.That's how it works

It's not nice to laugh at other people's miseryI'dif they charge you for the removal too.
It was only £400 for our Hyundai. When I was negotiating the price, they offered it to me at half price - £200. I told him I'm looking for money off, not money on. I held my stare, said nothing and eventually he said "Okay, I’ll chuck it in for free". Deal concluded.
