I would love to try cooking but Lena doesn't allow me to use any hot surfaces when she isn't in.

Air fried some hash browns, three fried eggs, fried mushrooms, and baked beans.

I probably should have fried the beans too, just for consistency (y)

I've not had much appetite recently, and my weight has declined too. We usually only eat one meal per day, and that's dinner - maybe a toasted teacake, in the morning.

Today, I did rather well, food wise. Sausage, egg, fried bread, and tomato, for breakfast. Then a starter of prosciutto and meloni, followed by smoked haddock and green beans. On it's way, is some apple crumble and custard.

Baked salmon, sautéed potatoes and asparagus (from the plot of Mott) roasted in butter and garlic. Washed down with Prosecco as we had <splutter> run out of wine!

Ended up, having a carvery today, turkey along with a bit of beef. Both were spot on, especially the beef.
