What is this type of lock called?

Hello,
Can someone help identify the name of this type of lock so I can purchase a replacement.
It has BASTA stamped on it. I have uploaded an image of the lock.

It's called a flush bolt.....

And not very strong. Normally used on the edge (not the face) of the first-closing leaf of double doors.
