in my world, it is builders that install almost ALL underground drainage.

i have NEVER called upon a plumber to do this task.

if underground drainage questions are diverted from building, then admin have definitely got this wrong in my opinion.

only if you can convince the powers that be, that there is a more suitable section other than plumbing, that can deal with questions about underground drainage.
