What size do you think these tails are

Grandma says that the tails on the right are smaller than the ones on the left.

Grandad says you'll need to measure them. It's not difficult.
Measure the diameter of the conductor and use the usual formula to get the csa.

What is the supply type?
Changing the tails is the resposibility of the DNO.

do those brown marks on the meter glass look like burns from something hot exploding to you lot?

Looks like the ones from the head to the meter are 25mm, and the meter to the CU are 16mm.

Can't be 100% sure, but a good 98.3% I reckon

Looks more like 16.0mm² from the cutout, and 10.0mm² to the CU to me.

Another vote for 16/10 :D

And I reckon thats varnish or something on the meter, you can see blobs at the bottom.

Its never 16/10 - honestly!

Hows about a photo from underneath to size against the terminal holes.

I'm just not convinced the tails on the left are big enough to be 25.0mm².

Maybe they are both 16.0mm² but from different manufacturers, so they look different sizes?

25/ 16
Looks like the left has been renewed and has brown tape on it.
Proberly was all 16 before and the board fitted new 25mm to there side only.

16 / 10

whats the prize if we are right.

if there is no prize, what is the question supposed to acheive?

16/10. No way are the tails from the cut out to the meter 25mm²
