What sort of cover is needed?

Hi everyone

Looking for input, how would you recommend such a drain be covered? Wanting to avoid wire mesh as frankly I would prefer it covered.

Is there something anyone would recommend or perhaps something I have missed away from the regular sized covers?

Did it need planning permission, or was it Permitted Development? Likewise, full plans or a Building Notice?
