What supply type is this?

Only with a huge earthing conductor on TNC-S but then it's not much. :)
Hmmm - that would presumably require that the earthing conductor had greater CSA than the N tails - and, unless that earthing conductor and tails were ridiculously long, I doubt that the difference would even be measurable!
No I haven't but that's how it's worded.
Fair enough - but I don't really believe that PEFC is ever going to be measurably higher than PSCC, particularly in domestic installations!
Did I read recently where it could be or am I thinking of something else?
I don't know - did you? :-)

Kind Regards, John

I was interested in how you could identify a TNCS - TNS via the loop method.

I was just curious, but when ever I take the two loop measurements the difference is often minimal, and can change by a minimal amount if you test again.

I guess the reading for the TNCS should be the same where as the tns might be slightly different.

But back to my original point that the difference is so slight, I would not conclude that it was one or the other from that test.

I am thinking the only sure way to identify is a visual check

TNC should be almost the same.
The only difference being the length of the earthing conductor csa difference.
And PME label. :)

TNS will usually be a bit different.
