Hi I need to get some tiles for our kitchen. We (well my wife) wants black porcelain high gloss 600x600 tiles with a small grout. I've measured the area and the utility room which runs off the kitchen to be 20M2.

What I need to know is what extra do I usually need to order for breakages/miss-cuts? Bear in mind they are large tiles and in some parts the plinth only leaves a 6 to 7mm gap in other parts a 10mm gap, all plinths removalble by the way.

Thanks

:)

10% is a good guide.

just to comment on the choice - high gloss black will look great - for about 5 minutes :) you will see every speck of dust, every smear, watermark you name it - especially if you have downlighters. Consider something with a very slight variation in the finish - for instance search for rak lounge black.

I sell a lot of them, they are very popular but be aware of what you are getting into!

If you do go ahead, buy a really good microfibre mop, some lithofin easycare and mop with this and very hot water.
