What type of hinge is this? Face fix?

I'm trying to find a hinge similar to this in order to fit a new mdf door. I think they are called face fix/frame hinges but not having any luck finding one suitable for a door 12mm thick as the hinge cup depth is too deep.
Can anyone please point me to the right hinge?

12mm is too thin for that type of hinge which is why you can find them.
You need 18mm mdf.
