I remember seeing adverts on TV about a year or two ago for a product that gave a smooth "plaster-like" finish to cover old plaster and give a smooth easy to paint finish - does anyone else remember this and know what it was called ???

Thanks,
Mike.

Maybe this was it;

Forget it, it definitely won’t do what it says on the tin/tub. There are probably other similar products but they will all have one thing in common, the results you obtain will look totally & utterly crap. There is no “magic stuff” that will replicate a good plaster finish; if you put that stuff on the walls it will only may it more difficult to rectify, save your time & money & put it towards a professionally re-skim. ;)
