Hi, We had some windows replaced with UVC about a year ago. Due to some construction oddities in French houses the new windows sit inside the original wood frames. The paintwork of the original frames has now yellowed. I understand that water based paints do not yellow like oil based ones but the question is ..... Given that there are so many whites (bluebell white, lily white) etc what is the nearest to UPVC white?

White is white.

Try white Sadolin gloss. It is water based and providing you prepare the old paintwork lasts a long time.
