What's happened to the small boats?

Over a 1,100 in a week. Eleven hundred!

Hey nosey, do you know what 'Boats involved in uncontrolled landings' actually means?

I’ve asked others and they’ve either missed my question, don’t know the answer or avoided answering it. Which one will you come under?

Thanks for confirming you are one of the lefties in this forum
Your version? Whatevs.

Ever the old socialist. I'm hardly a gammon right wanger - true enough.
Happy about the deaths yesterday?
Happy? No. Were you?

It's very sad when people die at sea. A lot of folk underestimate the dangers in the water, even those poor souls just going out enjoying themselves at the seaside. I have been in a situation myself where a strong current had the potential to be lethal, and that was just paddling near the shore. I feel for those that have gone in to save others and have perished.

Isn't it crazy, and there are lots on here who will say this is not impacting on our economy and has little cost associated with these crossings. Well when you consider that our social care system is on it's knees and the NHS is at breaking point, I tend to disagree and the costs are indeed significant that could be put elsewhere into looking after ourselves.. These illegals have put nothing into our system at all yet are all taking out of it. You do not need to be the sharpest economist to see that the money needs to come from somewhere.
