What's happened to the small boats?

back to the levels when the Tories were in charge
That's a 14 year window, lol. Brexit (and the subsequent explosion in small boat crossings) was a Tory badge of shame. They also have the shame of the Rwanda plan hanging around their necks.
Nice try, though, I'd keep shtum about them if I were you.

  • Total Asylum Claims: France consistently tracks as the second-highest recipient of asylum seekers in Europe, recording 162,390 applications annually compared to the UK's 101,000 applications. [1, 2]
  • European Context: In terms of raw volume, the UK sits behind Germany, France, Spain, and Italy for total intake, and ranks 15th in Europe when measured per head of population. [1]
See if MBK can stay on topic. (y)

 I don't know what AI you use but it consistently gives you bogus references. You clearly didn't check them... again.

and of course if they reject most of them, it doesn't matter how many they "receive"

It's illegals that people are worried about (y) and we have more than double living here.

Silly debunked analogy. Bigger means slightly more space between their towns and cites, to ours. We have as much capacity and infrastructure to house them as any other country, bigger or smaller in area than our own. Migrants don't tend to dwell in barns, copses and spinneys.
