whats this connector called?

I am installing bathroom waste and i am having a 40mm horizontal waste from the shower, and i am going to t in the 30mm waste from the sink, so they both leave the house via the 40mm pipe.

I can't find anywhere, a t connector that will join a vertical 32mm pipe run into a horizontal 40mm pipe run - ie. i need a 32/40/40 t?

Any idea?

Use an equal tee and a reducer 40 to 32
