With the changes to VAT Notice 708 on 23rd August 2016 (or possibly on 30th June), I believe they included the fact that the majority of the walls now have to be demolished to the slab (one facade or 2 in the case of a corner could be kept).
As this rule change was introduced in August / June 2016, would this change apply to buildings where the planning permission was granted before that date but for which the building works had not yet started?
