When do you NOT need a cpc?

Seems to be exactly the same style; googled enough knowledge to fool a diy'er, but failing on the details, and not the foggiest idea about procedures as you can not google them.
Had a quick look at some of his posts, and it is consistent.

How would you go about earthing a cable at two ends?

Think for 3 secs, and you will know it is possible, albeit a bit of a cheat solution as it is redefining the end.
Bambi can try for 3 days and wouldn't find the correct answer.

I believe he is referring to a thread about SWA to an outbuilding? The question still stands, how do you earth the cable at both ends?

Just to see what he comes up with, I would guess that you actually know where I am going when I say: think back to when 2.5 substituted 4.
Or: alternative of a radial.
Obviously not applicable to swa

Think it was a radial in that thread - probably a sub main. I'll see if I can dig up the thread
Only problem with his chain of thought is that SWA comes in 2 core - that would never be allowed if you had to earth the cable at both ends.

This is the kind of thing I mean; it is easy enough to google the basics, or to make a mistake.
When you make a mistake, and you get a "what happens if..." you think and go:

If you get your knowledge from googling stuff, the "what if" questions mean nothing to you.

Bit like dd/bb/ww, only he likes to argue in stead of just winding people up.
