where can I get a *small* double seal inspection cover

The 40mm drain pipe from the kitchen goes through the kitchen wall to outside, then follows the wall down into a small 8" square drain pipe, currently open with a grate. Standard stuff.

This is where the new conservatory is going to go, though, so I'm going to run the drain down the inside of the wall so that it exits the house below floor level inside the drain. What I'm strugging to find is a double sealed inspection cover that's not 'man hole' sized.

Am I looking for the wrong thing?
