Done that. Not a problem. You get used to it.

When we moved to a really quiet estate, we couldn't sleep. Literally. For about 2 weeks. It was so quiet, we kept waking up.

I'm in a (very) quiet cul-de-sac and don't mind it, especially through the night and early morning. Having said that, if I was ever to move, I think I'd choose a through road as I kind of miss seeing folk walk past, a degree of traffic etc. However I wouldn't want to live in an overly busy street.
