As the title suggests i have a gap between the door and frame when closing the entry/exit door of my bifold doors.

I have added some pics and highlighted (red) where the gap has appeared.

It wasnt always there and since discovering it i have installed a larger seal to try and close it up.

Hopefully its fixable because its doing my head in.

TIA

10 years warranty still valid?

Look up original installer in the UK by using official building regulation certificate database.

Does the door rattle when it's just latched but not locked?

Is the gap there when the handle is lifted to lock or when the door is just latched?

Warranty has lapsed the doors have been installed 15 years now.

There is no rattle, its very strange the door just leaves a gap from top to bottom when closed.

I have added some more pics to try and show the profile of the door. The pic with my finger in it shows the gap, I've actually installed a larger rubber seal to try and make the gap weather proof.

A few years ago the door was catching at the bottom, the manufacture told me it likely needed toe and healing. I found a local commercial door manufacturer (who i might get in touch with again) who fixed it by just adjusting the hinges. I wonder if this is fixable from the hinges?
