Where is the mesh filter on this inlet control group?

Hi, can anyone pls clarify what is meant by "depressurise everything" before I can open the inlet control set to clean the mesh filter? I have closed the cold mains, would that be sufficient or is it anything else required?

Similarly, I want to check that the pressure of the expansion vessel is 3 bar as recommended by the manufacturer (Tribune). Is it really just a matter of unscrewing the cap of the schrader valve and connecting a pump to it and adjust as necessary? Any step required or advisable before I do that?

Many thanks.

Also, if this is for an unvented cylinder then working on the inlet control group isn’t really DIY territory, these pieces of equipment are regulated for good reason.
