Does anyone know where I can get 100% silicone? Most selants seem to be quick dry (which is not 100% silicone) or else they don't specify.

Sealants are a compound, not 100% of anything.
Heh, no I want to use it as a cheap alternative to moulding rubber, for making duplicates of objects. Apparently the method works best with 100% silicone.

EDIT: Obviously silicone is a thing, but what I mean is making moulds out of builder's silicone is a thing, popular on craft websites and so forth.

The american product called "100% silicone" is not 100% anything; it's just a brand name.

As far as silicone goes you're probably best off starting with Dow Corning http://www.geocel.co.uk/catalogue/brands/dow-corning-7-series
781 gets used on fish tanks etc as it has no anti-mould ingredients so maybe what you're after...
Not sure how many of those are low modulus though 781 certainly is high modulus.

By the time you have messed about, you may as well get the proper stuff from
