Where to install Shelly mini for bathroom towel rail

I have a Shelly 1 Mini Gen3 that I would like to use to make my electric towel rail smart

I have an unswitched flex outlet in the bathroom itself and a fused spur with an indicator bulb outside.

Can I install the Shelly in either?

If I install the Shelly in the Fused spur then I can see the indicator light as confirmation that the towel rail is on

That's the place for it, then!
In fact, the feed to the towel rail will only be neutral, switched live and earth. You'll need a permanent live, and that isn't in the bathroom.
