Which adhesive???

Sorry in advance if this has been asked a dozen or more times.
I`m due to lay some slate floor tiles 600*400 in my bathroom and wondered if anybody could recommend the best product to use for this and the type of grout I should be using. Also which would any of the people in the know out there would you say is the best product for protecting them from stains and the best type of sealer to use.

Suppose it would help knowing that, their being applied onto ply over existing timber floor

Bal Rapidset Flexi adhesive Large format trowel if the thickness varies a lot.

Bal Superflex wide joint grout

Lithofin sealers, depending on what look you are after - matt natural or an enhancer that will make the slate look similar to what it goes like when wetted.
