Which are the best radiators, lockshields and TRV's

Hi Guys, I'm replacing all my radiators, lockshields and TRV's, what makes would you reccommend.

A few months I replaced one of the rads with a Quinn Compact rad, and was going to get all Quinn Compact. But just noticed paint is flaking off of the bottom of the rad casing. Its only a small spot but you can see shiny metal, which tells me the metal was not properly primed. So I'm losing confidence in Quinn, what do you think?

Also what is the difference between Quinn and Quinn Barlo?

As a rule of thumb, the most expensive are the best.

But 99.9% of people will not pay for the best so just buy the most expensive you can afford
