I am about to start tiling our new bathroom, the floor is 18mm WBP plywood on top of 25mm chipboard, the walls are plastered plasterboard, which is the best adhesive and grout for me to use, the tiles are ceramic 30cm x 30cm both on the floor and walls

You can use the same for the walls, but to give you a longer working time and less mess, use Bal white star http://www.bal-adhesives.co.uk/bal/bal_products/white_star.asp
