Which Electricians Courses should I take?

Hi,


Am thinking of doing some electrical courses and was wondering which ones to do.

Ideally I would like to be able to install electrical systems in my own house and eventually other peoples houses. I was told something about 'Part P'.

Would also like to be able to do testing and certificate work too.

I have looked at a few places that offer foundation courses and also 5 day intense courses.

Any advice is welcome.
