do you reckon i am best putting in a low voltage or a mains extractor fan?
very small ensuite, triple pole isolator outside room.

will be ensuite with a shower enclosure, and i have to drill the fans hole yet, what ya reckon?

It depends on where in relation to the shower you fit the fan as to wether it needs to be SELV, the manufacturers instructions can over-rule the iee regs though.
