Which fittings and inserts do I need?

Hi
I'm wanting to tee off the plastic water supply pipe which runs under my static caravan and was hoping that someone could identify the system and tell me what fittings and inserts I need to buy....the pipe (mid grey in colour) is 15mm o.d with a 2mm thick wall giving a bore of 11mm. There are no identifying marks on the pipe.
I'm new to plastic plumbing, so any help would be gratefully received
