Which Hikvision Mobile App should I use?

I have been using the iVMS-400 app for the last year and recently downloaded the Hik-Connect mobile app (both on iOS). The latter seems modern and appears to do everything that my current app does.

I was wondering if anyone had any info on the differences and a recommendation on which I should use.

I use the iVMS-4500 app on iPhone no issues.

I’ve also been using that app for some time. I’m interested to hear from anyone who has also used or understand the differences with the hik-connect app.

The User Interface appears to be more modern.

I use the Hik-Connect app and it's great. I used to use iVMS-400, which I believe is the old version (not sure if it's still available even).

Does Hik-Connect replace ivms? What’s the key differences that you’ve noticed?

Yes, Hik-Connect replaced ivms. Sorry, can't remember differences as it was a few years ago. I can only remember it being an improvement on my Android phone at the time.
