Which hinges?

I've aquired some old upvc patio doors without a frame. The hinge part on door is as these photos, like a lift-on gate hinge... If I was to make a wooden frame for these doors how could I hang them?
Try and find a gate post part with a 8mm pin?

Or, replace altogether? If so, what with?

as in outside house door shed or other medium to low security ??
inward or outward opening ??
fully weatherproof [good seal all round] or partly open to elements

Outside house door, but just temporary (well, until next year..) when we're going to make the opening much wider.
Outward opening.
Need to be weatherproof.

Google for uPVC flag hinges and you'll find an array of hinges.

general comments
top off the door may need temporary canopy as a seal may be impossible between wood and plastic
you also need keeps for the shoot bolts to locate doors in the middle and where ever else they are
