Which is best option?

A, A layout where there is a small slither (circa 1 inch) on the outer edge (both sides).
B, A slither (circa 1 inch) on either side of the window.
C, Move the centre point of the tiles over slightly (This option does however mean the basin is central to a tile.

I haven't got the camera so I've mocked a drawing up.

I would go with A looks balanced and the smaller L shapes either side of the window will be easier to cut.
Your eye is drawn to the window few people will be looking at the corners.

Cheers Footprints, I mocked it up last night and the OH wasn't happy with the small sides. She preferred option C when it was on the wall.

Cheers Adam, I can't go landscape as the other wall is already done portrait.

Thanks guys.
