I would prefer to use a light switch to turn these lights on/off rather than flick the switch on the socket where the transformer will plug in.
If its possible!
Which is why im trying to find some good advice on which switch to buy and where abouts exactly to connect it.

If anyone can advise properly, with detail, i really would appreciate it.

I dont need digs 'to read the rules' or 'innit' stuff.

you would need to decide a place for the socket to plug the tranformer in if it's in cupboard or soemthing surface mounting will do, I assume you would want to put the light switch to be flush

you may want to run ur feed and switch cable to that cupboard and hook them all up in a junction box(see ref section on how to wire)

Don't bother - just use the switch on the wall socket like I have done with mine.
